Tolox in the Malaga province it is a place of much charm: peaceful for the most part, with two notably manic exceptions. The village of Tolox has winding streets, with white-washed houses and doors and window boxes overflowing with flowers in season.

Main information
Tolox in Malaga has a long history. In the tenth century it formed part of the independent Moorish kingdom of Soleiman. Another interesting fact about Tolox is the presence of what are known as “bitter waters”, which have been used for therapeutic purposes since ancient times; in 1867.
Aside from the mountain vistas and hiking that Tolox offers, it has a famous spa “Fuente Amargosa”, which is visited for respiratory and allergic afflictions.
