Freila – Granada

Freila in Granada is located in the north of the province. The town is sheltered by the remains of the old Muslim fortress from the XII-XIII centuries. From the square, the Negratin reservoir can be seen as a great interior lake, where an endless mantle of water contrasts with an extension of red and dry lands. There are still caves inhabited with their flowerpots and their white facade.
